What we’re looking for in talent and experience.
The Water Resources Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various water resources projects, including watershed management, flood control, stormwater management, and environmental conservation. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with clients to supplement the company’s business development activities.

Strong technical skills and knowledge of the industry

Proven leadership and effective communication

Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and stormwater management
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or related field) with Professional Engineer licensure (PE) in Minnesota
