Requirements Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in content production, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects. Strong understanding of production processes, workflows, and industry best practices. Experience managing budgets, resources, and on-set logistics. Proven track record and passion for developing and producing distinctive content, mid-form and short-form. Experience in executing multiple productions, budgets and partners. Creative vision and storytelling ability. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively under pressure. Technical proficiency in relevant production software and equipment. Passion for content creation and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
