The Opportunity

As a representative of Finance of America Commercial, you’ll be at the forefront of educating the market about our diverse product offerings and unique advantages. Armed with a competitive product suite, including fix-and-flip, new construction, rental property, rental portfolio, and multifamily bridge loans, you’ll expertly negotiate and close deals, all while building lasting relationships with thriving real estate investors.

• Source and submit $4+ million, funding $3+ million in closed loans per month.
• Showcase professionalism and expertise in the industry.
• Educate and become a trusted advisor to partners, brokers, and investors on Finance of America Commercial's value proposition.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities and actively participate in industry events and networking functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
• 1+ years of experience in real estate or related fields.
• Proven track record as a top producer.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Extensive network of contacts in real estate, mortgage, or related fields.
