Lead the operations of a CorePower Yoga studio and act as a brand ambassador and business driver Coach and inspire the CorePower classroom experience and create a premium, clean, safe in-studio yoga experience Build, grow, and lead a team of yoga teachers and Studio Experience Team members Lead the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s) in day-to-day studio operations Partner with the local sales team to generate membership leads and achieve membership goals Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff according to class count goals Meet and exceed targets for membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, client retention, and NPS Lead and recruit for Teacher Training programs, including 200HR, 50HR, and intensives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities Stabilize and grow studio revenue, profitability, and culture where applicable Work at least 40 hours per week primarily in-studio, serve as on-call manager as needed, and work at least one weekend day Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week in multiple formats Communicate and enforce CorePower policies, initiatives, and protocols Partner with analytics to optimize the studio schedule based on student attendance and preferences Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in a studio manager role or leadership equivalent Facilitation and training experience required 200HR certification preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for growing community and exceeding membership, teacher training revenue, class count, and client satisfaction and retention metrics Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniority Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach as construction timelines shift for new studios Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Availability 5-6 days and 40+ hours per week, including one weekend day Morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday availability and flexibility required Ability to move around the studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to teach any class format, sometimes with little to no notice Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in managing studio operations, recruiting and training staff, and driving membership growth while ensuring a premium yoga experience. Capable of collaborating cross-functionally and optimizing studio performance through data-driven insights.
