Are you a compassionate nurse who enjoys leading a team and making a difference? CareCore at Margaret Hall is looking for a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to help lead our nursing team and provide exceptional care to our residents during overnight hours.

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the night shift

• Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance

• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns

• Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical oversight as needed

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the nursing team

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes

• Current Ohio RN license preferred (LPNs with strong leadership experience are encouraged to apply)

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
