Experienced Service Advisor

Service Advisor We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Service team at Kendall Auto Group. The role involves interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, verifying work was properly performed, researching vehicle history, inputting and maintaining customer information, completing tasks efficiently, communicating via telephone, email, chat, and scheduling service appointments. Responsibilities Interface with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance. Verify work was properly performed and diagnosed. Research vehicle history to make educated recommendations. Input and maintain customer information. Complete work tasks efficiently and in an organized manner. Use telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day. Schedule service appointments. Qualifications High level customer service experience. Strong time‑management, work ethic, and communication skills. Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers. Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance. Minimum 2 years of service‑writing experience (preferred). Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required).
