Personal Banker

• Build customer relationships and recommend and sell banking products and services • Identify customer needs and offer financial solutions to support customers’ financial well-being • Convert transactions, account maintenance, and routine service requests into cross-sell conversations • Create sales opportunities by calling leads, visiting businesses to offer workplace banking, and developing referral networks • Achieve daily key performance metrics while balancing competing priorities • Perform transactions, manage a cash drawer, and complete bank documentation according to industry and legal standards • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements HS Diploma or equivalent One year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales or relevant experience Reliable transportation Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days Ability to thrive in a high-energy, sales-driven team Product knowledge and conversation skills to identify customer needs and recommend financial solutions Compelling communication and positive professional image Problem-solving ability Attention to detail Ability to achieve daily key performance metrics Ability to learn and perform transactions, manage a cash drawer, and complete bank documentation according to industry and legal standards Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer relationship management and sales skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
