How you’ll make an impact as a Home Health Occupational Therapist Work one-on-one with patients in their home to provide personalized care. Empower patients to live safely and independently at home. Help patients and families adapt environments, modify tasks, and use equipment to enhance daily participation and quality of life. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy Current State License as an Occupational Therapist Valid Driver’s License Current CPR certification, negative TB screen, and Hepatitis consent/declination At least two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in acute care or rehabilitation settings Knowledge and Skills Therapy skills as generally accepted in practice Good interpersonal skills Knowledge of durable medical equipment Our Culture and Values We foster an inclusive environment where every teammate matters.
