Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer

Join the Jackson HealthPros team as an Ultrasound Technologist (also known as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you'll use your expertise to operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high quality images that are used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
• 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer
• BLS Certification
• ARDMS - OB certification required
• Experience with OB/GYN patient population
• Ability to work independently
• Able to obtain nuchal translucency in 1st trimester scans
• Experience with 4-chamber heart, LVOT, RVOT, SVC-IVC, and 3 vessel view (3VV)

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1700
• Standard hours per week: 40
• Patient volume: approximately 13 patients per day per ultrasound technologist
• Equipment includes GE ultrasound machines and Trophon
• EMR: EPIC and ASOBGYN
• May float to another outpatient OB/GYN clinic as needed
