**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse - Nights!** **Job Description:** - Be an essential member of a passionate patient care team! - Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process in various settings. - Conduct thorough assessments upon patient admission, capturing critical details like medical history, vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic tests. - Collaborate with physicians to create and implement personalized care plans. **Job Requirements:** - **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. - Graduate from an approved School of Nursing. - Active New Hampshire RN License required or eligible to obtain. - BLS and ACLS certifications required. - **Experience:** - Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred. - **Professional Activities:** - Membership in a professional nursing organization is a plus. - Additional certification in specialty areas preferred. **Essential Job Functions:** - **Assessment:** - Proficient in performing standard assessments with basic equipment. - **Medication Administration:** - Strong visual acuity and hand-eye coordination required. - **Communication / Documentation:** - Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. - **Patient Safety:** - Meet established standards and guidelines for safety and care. - **Interpersonal Skills:** - Foster positive interactions with team members and patients. - Respect the diverse backgrounds and beliefs of patients during care planning. - Handle constructive criticism positively and professionally. **Shift Information:** - Nights: 7 PM to 7 AM - Holiday coverage is required. **Certifications / Requirements:** - ACLS - BLS/BCLS - PALS - CPI **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
