This is an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain leader to make a meaningful impact on business performance while helping build scalable processes to support future growth. Key Responsibilities Own and lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process. Align demand, supply, inventory, and production capacity plans. Develop strategies to improve on-time delivery and overall supply chain performance. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks before they impact operations. Support new product introductions and manufacturing readiness activities. Production Planning & Inventory Management Lead demand planning and supply planning activities. Translate forecasts into actionable production and material plans. Ensure material availability to support manufacturing schedules. Optimize inventory levels while maintaining customer service requirements. Manage planning parameters, lead times, safety stock, and inventory accuracy. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships. Lead sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations. Monitor supplier performance related to quality, delivery, and responsiveness. Implement strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce risk and improve supply continuity. Resolve supply disruptions and establish mitigation plans. Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams. Support operational improvement initiatives across the business. Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste. Contribute to business planning and operational decision-making. Leadership & Team Development Lead and develop teams across planning, procurement, and logistics. Establish clear performance expectations and accountability. Coach and mentor employees to support professional growth. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Data, Systems & Analytics Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning accuracy and execution. Analyze operational KPIs and supply chain performance metrics. Ensure data integrity across inventory, lead times, BOMs, and planning systems. Drive data-based decision-making throughout the supply chain organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment. 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams. Demonstrated success with SIOP, production planning, inventory management, and supplier management. Experience implementing strategic sourcing and inventory optimization initiatives. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred. High emotional intelligence. Positive, energetic leadership style. Curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Ability to drive change and influence across the organization.
