Position Details:

RN Surgery- Zanesville, OH

Location : Zanesville, OH 43701

Project Duration : 13 weeks

Salary Range : $48/hr - $51/hr

Shift : Day shift 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Job Summary

The Surgery RN provides perioperative nursing care while collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe and effective patient care throughout surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in the surgical/OR setting
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff
• Prepare patients and operating rooms for surgical procedures
• Monitor patient condition and maintain patient safety throughout procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation within Epic EMR
• Support perioperative workflow and surgical efficiency

Requirements

• Active BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience required
• Epic EMR proficiency required

Preferred Experience

• Robotic surgery experience
• Neuro surgery experience
• Orthopedic surgery experience
