Right at Home Folsom Lake is seeking senior caregivers to provide companionship, personal care, and dementia support throughout El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Granite Bay and surrounding communities.

Whether you are an experienced caregiver, Home Care Aide (HCA), CNA, or have experience caring for others, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, linen changes

• Transportation and accompaniment to appointments, errands, and community activities

• Medication reminders

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:

• Bathing

• Dressing

• Grooming

• Toileting and incontinence care

• Ambulation and mobility assistance

• Transfers and repositioning

• Dementia and Alzheimer's care

• Observation and reporting of changes in client condition

• Maintaining a safe and supportive home environment

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable

• Comfortable assisting clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely when required

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background screening

• Strong communication skills

• Professional or family caregiving experience preferred but not required

• Current HCA registration preferred

• CNA certification welcomed

• Must obtain and maintain California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration before client assignment

• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay Range

$20–26/hr based on experience, certifications, availability, shift type, and client assignment.
