Position:  Patient Concierge and Relationship Specialist

About us:  We’re a specialty dental office serving children and special needs patients of all ages. For this role, no dental/medical experience is required.

Location: 530 Chauvet Dr, Pittsburgh PA 15275 (right by Target)

Our Goal:  Going to the dentist doesn’t have to be scary or painful, and parents shouldn’t feel anxious or judged when problems arise. We seek to deliver memorable experiences so that children develop good oral habits when they are young, and lay the groundwork for a lifetime of positive relationships with their dentist.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a smile
• Check-in customers and confirm their personal information
• Cultivate a positive relationship with customers
• Demonstrate and influence a culture of teamwork
• Provide exceptional customer service by making the customers the # 1 priority
• Accurately enter relevant customer data
