General Liability Associate
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 2 Days/Week In Office)
Experience: 1+ Years of Civil Litigation Experience
Salary Range: $125,000 – $180,000 + Bonus

Our client, a nationally recognized civil litigation defense firm, is seeking a  General Liability Associate to join its Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators handling a broad range of premises liability, products liability, personal injury, catastrophic injury, and business litigation matters for national and regional clients.

What You'll Work On:

• Defending premises liability, products liability, and general liability claims

• Representing restaurants, retailers, and other businesses in complex litigation matters

• Managing all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and handling discovery-related motions

• Taking and defending depositions, attending site inspections, and interviewing witnesses

• Appearing at court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other litigation proceedings

• Assisting with case evaluation, litigation strategy, and risk assessment

• Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the litigation process

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of civil litigation experience

• Experience handling premises liability, personal injury, products liability, or general liability matters preferred

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience

• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities

• Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• Active California Bar admission required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range of $125,000 – $180,000 + performance-based bonus
