Job Description We are seeking a Web Strategy Operations Specialist to support website operations, digital campaign execution, reporting, and process optimization across multiple business initiatives. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, leveraging automation and AI-driven workflows, managing digital assets, coordinating landing page releases, and providing performance insights that help drive customer engagement and subscription growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups. This position combines website operations, data management, project coordination, dashboard reporting, and process improvement to help ensure digital initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Website Operations & Content Management Coordinate and manage the deployment of landing pages and digital web experiences. Support ongoing website updates, content launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives. Monitor website assets, content status, and release schedules to ensure timely execution. Partner with stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives. Operations & Process Optimization Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and process enhancements. Build and maintain operational workflows that improve scalability and reduce manual effort. Support project tracking, resource planning, and workflow management within project management platforms. Establish and maintain documentation, processes, and operational best practices. Data Management & Reporting Manage, organize, and analyze website and campaign performance data. Utilize spreadsheets, pivot tables, and reporting tools to identify trends and actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators and business outcomes. Provide regular reporting on performance, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Analytics & Business Insights Analyze digital performance metrics to determine what initiatives are driving customer engagement and conversion outcomes. Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Monitor performance of major marketing and promotional initiatives and communicate insights to leadership. Support data-driven decision-making through clear reporting and recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, operations, analytics, and business teams to support strategic initiatives. Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and execution plans. Facilitate communication between teams and help drive resolution of operational challenges. Support ongoing business initiatives through project coordination, reporting, and operational support. Compensation up to $40/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
