Description
  • Lead a team who upholds our "helpfulness" mission (outstanding customer service)
  • Manage staff, inventory and visual merchandising.
  • Communicate with Buying Team
  • Assist with marketing and social media campaign content.
  • Review and discuss monthly financials.
  • Recommend strategies for maximizing sales/revenue and cost efficiencies.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Support pricing, promotions, and assortment planning decisions.
Qualifications
  • Three plus years of retail management experience in a home goods store.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
  • Experience with inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of retail or merchandising operations.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Available to work 42-45 hours weekly including weekends as needed.
