Job Network, Adjunct Faculty-Continuing Education

Job Network Overview Job Network is a program in which students from the Department of Social Service are assisted in finding employment through classes and wrap around services. Position Summary Part-time Job Network adjunct faculty provide instruction to students with specific focuses on gaining employment, life skills, and success in the workplace. Classes are taught online or in person at either the Catonsville or Essex campuses. All classes run during daytime hours from Monday to Thursday from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and minimum of two years of experience training/teaching adult students, knowledge of adult learning and best practices. Demonstrated ability to teach a computer‑assisted curriculum. Previous experience working with hard‑to‑serve populations and teaching economically disadvantaged, or those with barriers is strongly preferred. Availability Daytime availability from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm Monday through Thursday. Primary Responsibilities Class preparation, instruction, testing, and record‑keeping/data collection for reporting.
