Windows Desktop Support Technician (Desk-Side & Remote)

Edgewaterit is seeking a Windows Desktop Support Technician in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves providing second-tier desktop support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems, including MS Windows and Linux. You'll be required to respond promptly to service requests, troubleshoot system problems, and maintain documentation throughout processes. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma and at least one year of related experience. Relevant certifications such as A+, NET+, or ITIL are desirable, along with the ability to obtain a U.S. Dept. of Energy Clearance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
