Receptionist Per Diem

Job Summary: North Lake Care Center is seeking a per diem Receptionist to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake Park, Florida. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Shift: 5p-8p Monday - Friday Pay: $15-$20 commensurate with experience Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and families in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage mail and package deliveries. Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both manual and electronic. Assist with scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings. Provide administrative support to the facility's staff and management team. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the waiting room and surrounding areas. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
