The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for partnering with assigned hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, develop robust candidate pipelines, source, market, and attract top talent to fill critical positions across hospital facilities. Base pay range $3.00/hr - $38.00/hr Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs by reviewing attrition, new business plans, and executing retirement replacement plans. Manage the entire hiring process from intake and sourcing through offer extension and onboarding oversight. Use external scanning tools to understand and educate hiring managers on local labor market conditions. Conduct candidate screenings, resume and credential reviews, and interviews using Behavioral Interviewing techniques to determine a mission and skills fit. Prepare salary offers for approval, extend the final job offer, and manage all related incentives Qualifications Four years of full cycle recruiting experience OR a Bachelor’s degree plus two years of recruiting/sourcing experience. Must have full cycle recruitment experience and be prepared to hire for all types of hospital positions. Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
