$17/hr base + $4/hr weekend differential Earn up to $21/hr on weekends Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Weekend Shifts Richmond, VA At CRi, we support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives—and we’re strengthening our weekend teams with enhanced weekend pay. DSP I staff earn an additional $4/hr for qualifying weekend hours (Friday 11:00 PM – Monday 9:00 AM). What You’ll Do Provide hands‑on support using individualized care plans Lead by example and support team members on shift Assist individuals in the community and daily activities Complete accurate documentation and advocate for those we serve Why CRi Up to $21/hr for weekend shifts Mission‑driven work that makes a real impact Supportive, team‑oriented environment Requirements Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Understanding of the unique needs and challenges associated with supporting individuals with IDD. Familiarity with the Person‑Centered Planning process. Basic computer skills for documentation, communication and training purposes. Ability to cook and manage household tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
