Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to support our construction and maintenance projects. If you have a passion for working with heavy equipment and enjoy being part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes safely and efficiently.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
Assist in site preparation, grading, and excavation activities.
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.
Communicate effectively with crew members and other stakeholders on site.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor as needed.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
