Summary Lead and develop a high-performing retail team responsible for a designated product category at the Aventura store. Drive commercial performance and exceptional client experiences through coaching, goal setting, and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize product performance and ensure elevated visual and service standards. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and empower a dedicated sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and development. Set clear goals, monitor team performance, analyze sales and client feedback, and implement action plans to exceed targets. Manage a specific product category, provide merchandising feedback, and drive business growth. Build and maintain deep client relationships and role‑model elevated client interactions. Partner with Operations and Merchandising to uphold visual standards and operational excellence. Requirements Proven leadership experience in luxury retail with strong people development skills. Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales and client insights to drive results. Excellent client relationship, communication, and coaching abilities.
