About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in Cupertino, California, 95014!

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy treatments in an SNF setting
• Help patients improve ADLs, mobility, balance, and coordination
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehab teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Prior SNF experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
