divh2Associate Service Advisor/h2pThe Associate Service Advisor is responsible for coordinating and/or dispatching jobs for the service technicians and outsourced Contract Service Companies (CSCs), billing, answering phones, responding to customer issues, parts ordering, parts returns for warranty reimbursement, and parts tracking./ppSalary Range: $23.00 - 28.00/ hour DOE/ppThis position requires full-time in-office attendance./ppEssential functions include:/pulliProcess incoming Requests for Service for start-up, warranty, and training jobs./liliRead and interpret supplied documents when scheduling start-ups of equipment supplied by CHC./liliTroubleshoot service requests./liliObtain information from customers and CHC employees to help schedule service technicians./liliSchedule work in technician calendars and issue service tickets./liliMaintain current and historical files on specific service jobs./liliEffectively share information through various means of communication./liliInform sales staff and customers of any delays or changes in service dates./liliOrder parts for completion of service work./liliConsult with the service manager if a request requires special measures./liliProcesses Return Material Authorizations./liliEnsure that service technicians properly tag and identify equipment parts for warranty replacement and return./liliEnsure that return requisitions are made with appropriate suppliers or factories./liliMaintain separate records on service labor to perform warranty work on equipment that the manufacturer deems recoverable./liliAssist with accounting for returned parts that have been replaced for warranty repair./liliReview Invoices from CSCs including lab results and work done./liliWork with the service manager to review and manage time off from all service technicians to ensure that adequate coverage will be maintained throughout the year./liliProvide phone coverage for the Service Desk./liliVideo meetings are required with other offices - utilizing web cam./li/ulpCompetencies include:/pulliDetail-oriented/liliMultitasking/liliTime Management/liliData Entry/liliCommunication/liliAnalytical/li/ulpNo supervisory responsibilities are required.
