Overview Job order - J0426-2379 - Permanent Full Time Title Senior ServiceNow Developer Category Software Development/ Engineering City Baltimore, Maryland, United States CGI Federal is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in various modules and services; Experience as a ServiceNow Team Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team. This position is located in the Baltimore, MD office with a hybrid working model acceptable. Responsibilities Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer. Analyze customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses technical, management, automation, and operational reporting aspects of the proposal. Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as roadmaps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view beyond User Story requirements. Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements. Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers. Required qualifications Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree 8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly Experience with the US Federal Government Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement. 8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies 5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.) 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions Desired qualifications Additional ServiceNow CIS certification with preference for the following: Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer CIS – IT Service Management, CIS – Discovery, CIS – Service Mapping, CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management, CIS – Application Portfolio Management, CIS – Software Asset Management, CIS – Hardware Asset Management Experience with Web development technologies (X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java) Experience with implementing JavaScript to support automation across ServiceNow modules Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications (ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR) Project Management or Agile certification ITILv4 Foundations Certification Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors. A reasonable estimate of the current range in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $176,300.00.
