Requirements The ideal candidate will be a passionate clinician with excellent clinical skills who is dedicated to the highest levels of evidence-based outcomes for those we have the honor of treating. The candidate: Must have an understanding of OT protocols in the ALF setting Must have an understanding of Part B case building Must love the senior living population Must have a creative interdisciplinary approach to patient care Manual therapy skills, creative dementia possible care and experience with RehabOptima a plus!
