Part-Time Secretary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Secretary to provide administrative support to an executive at Cortina. This role is ideal for someone who excels at organization, communication, and managing day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced professional environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling scheduling, communications, and administrative coordination.
This position is an on-site, 10-hour per week role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming communications (email, phone, and messages) and respond or route as appropriate
- Prepare and format documents, correspondence, and reports
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda, and notes
- Support basic data entry and administrative tracking tasks
- Coordinate with internal team members as needed to ensure smooth communication
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily business operations
Job Requirements:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Ability to work independently and follow direction
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Familiarity with professional services or government contracting environments
- Experience supporting small business leadership
