Neuroscience Sales Specialist (Lynn, MA) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist for the Lynn, MA territory to drive sales of neuroscience products, primarily CAPLYTA®. The role involves territory management, healthcare provider engagement, and strategic planning within a compliance framework across psychiatry and neuroscience markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and forecast achievement in assigned territory through HCP and mental health community engagement
• Develop product and disease state knowledge for compliant clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals
• Create local strategic and tactical business plans with appropriate resource allocation and budget management
• Maintain market intelligence on local practice structures, customer needs, and key influencers for internal stakeholder sharing
• Manage administrative tasks including call data, customer objectives, sample tracking, and expense reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
• 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
• Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar disorder sales experience highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record
• Strong patient-centric mindset and integrity-driven approach
