Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Valley Regional Medical Center, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shifts are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient setting. The role involves providing therapy services to a caseload of 8-12 patients, focusing on their rehabilitation and health improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and health maintenance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Texas Physical Therapy License.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• NICU and outpatient experience are a plus.
