Community Association Manager
Harmoniq Residential is looking for an enthusiastic, service driven individual to join our team as a Community Association Manager. This role is responsible for managing the condominium association at Lake Shore Commons in Oak Creek, along with supporting operations at IVY, a 28 unit townhome style market rate rental community.
The purpose of the Community Association Manager is to effectively manage and support the day to day operations of the condominium association, partner with vendors to accomplish community objectives and projects, and serve as the primary point of contact for residents and the association board. This role also collaborates with internal teams to support the operational and resident experience at IVY.
As a successful Community Association Manager, you will manage Lake Shore Commons while working closely with ownership and the association board to ensure the community operates in alignment with established goals and financial objectives. You will provide a high level of customer service and build strong, trust based relationships with residents, board members, and vendor partners, while also contributing to a positive and well managed experience at IVY.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the day to day operations of the Lake Shore Commons condominium association
- Serve as the primary liaison between the association board, residents, and vendors
- Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare meeting materials, and follow through on action items
- Work with vendors to complete maintenance, repairs, and community improvement projects
- Assist with developing and managing annual budgets in partnership with ownership and the board
- Review invoices, support financial tracking, and ensure alignment with budget goals
- Ensure compliance with association bylaws, rules, and applicable laws and regulations
- Respond to and resolve resident concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Support operational coordination at IVY, including working with leasing and maintenance teams as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 to 3 years of property management or community association management experience preferred
- Experience working with condominium or homeowners associations is strongly preferred
- Background in coordination, organization, and customer service driven roles
Core competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage resident and board interactions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to remain calm and solution focused when addressing concerns or conflict
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, Entrata, or AppFolio preferred
- Experience with database or project management tools such as Smartsheet is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends and being on call when approval is needed for resident situations
