Key Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Oversee and support a team of physical therapists to ensure high-quality patient care. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary. Provide mentorship and training to team members to foster professional growth. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in physical therapy practice. Required Skills and Qualifications To thrive in this role, you’ll need: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed physical therapist. Strong leadership and communication skills. A commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. The ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment. Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Arizona.
