Compensation:

$150,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities: What You'll Do

• Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies

• Build lasting relationships through consultative conversations

• Develop and grow your own client base through networking and referrals

• Create customized financial solutions based on each client's goals

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development

What You Will Learn

• Core financial concepts, including cash flow management, asset protection, and long-term wealth accumulation

• How to structure financial strategies that align with clients' goals and priorities

• Principles of financial education, client relationship management, and consultative planning

A Life & Health Insurance License is preferred but not required. Licensing assistance is available for qualified candidates.
