Diehl Subaru of Massillon is looking for an experienced Flat Rate Automotive Detailer to join our growing team. If you take pride in producing showroom-quality vehicles, work efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Buff, polish, wax, and apply protective coatings as needed
- Shampoo carpets and upholstery
- Clean engine compartments and door jambs
- Remove minor surface imperfections and prepare vehicles for delivery
- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Diehl quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive detailing experience is required
- Flat-rate dealership detailing experience preferred
- Ability to produce high-quality work while maintaining efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
