Staff includes RNs, advanced paramedics, EMTs, and unit secretaries. Patient ratios vary depending on acuity and volume. We utilize standard emergency and trauma equipment with an electronic medical record system. Typical hiring profile includes a preference for candidates with the following skills: ENPC. The best personality fit is someone who is easy-going, flexible, and has a patient-first philosophy. Self-scheduling is available, and weekend shifts are required. Four weekend shifts are expected per month.
