Avantara Evergreen Park is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team at our Joint Commission–accredited skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Evergreen Park.
We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time LPNs for:
PM Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
NOC Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

RequirementsActive, unencumbered Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Nursing experience preferred
