Open Position

Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans

Conduct routine and complex clinical examinations and procedures

Manage ongoing patient care, follow-ups, and chronic disease management

Collaborate with medical staff, specialists, and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation and patient records (EMR)

Adhere to clinical protocols, compliance standards, and best practices in patient safety

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education

Requirements:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required

Valid and unrestricted Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one

Board certified or board eligible in relevant specialty

Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification

Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
