PeopleOne Health, a growing provider of value-based primary care, is seeking a Registered Dietitian. You will engage with members in-person, virtually, or by phone to deliver medical nutrition therapy and support preventive care. This role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, documentation in EMR, and adapting communications for diverse health literacy levels.
