Responsibilities include: Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult speech-language disorders Develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based one-on-one therapy Educate patients and caregivers Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehabilitation professionals Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care Graduate of a CAA-accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Minimum one year of outpatient pediatric experience American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Hospital or outpatient rehabilitation experience Pediatric feeding and swallowing experience Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Depending on eligibility, associates may receive: MedBridge Unlimited CEUs 401(k) with investment options Employee Assistance Program Associate Discount Program Why Tx:Team?
