We are a fast-growing, professional home improvement company looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our office team.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, numbers, solving problems, and helping a team stay efficient. While previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful, we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong attention to detail and is eager to learn.
This is a unique position that combines administrative operations with finance responsibilities, providing an opportunity to develop a broad business skill set.
What You'll Do
Finance & Administrative Responsibilities
- Create customer invoices
- Verify information entered into our CRM system for accuracy
- Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Purchase office and operational supplies
- Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders
- Assist with collections on outstanding customer balances
- Help resolve vendor billing discrepancies
- Work alongside our Office Manager and third-party bookkeeping team
As your experience grows, additional responsibilities may include:
- Processing payroll
- Sales tax reporting
- Financial reporting assistance
- Month-end administrative support
Operations Responsibilities
You will also become a fully cross-trained member of our administrative team, learning many aspects of our daily operations including:
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Scheduling installations
- Supporting warehouse operations
- Ordering and tracking products
- Customer communication
- Lead generation support
- Assisting our sales and installation teams
- Helping improve internal processes
