Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and functionality. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes within a contract duration.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients physical conditions through detailed assessments.

  Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  
  
• 
  Administer various therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and strength.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Document patient treatments and progress accurately in compliance with healthcare standards.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state or federal-issued identification required for site access.
  
  
• 
  Licensed or certified Physical Therapist with relevant credentials.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in providing outpatient or inpatient physical therapy.
  
  
• 
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams.
  
  
• 
  Ability to assess and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress.

  Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment.
