TA Product Manager

Responsibilities Play a crucial role in the Workday Platform by helping drive and partner on the strategy, roadmap, and continuous evolution of Workday Recruiting that support Fidelity’s talent acquisition. Proactively identify user challenges, understand business needs/processes, and translate them into Workday solutions that deliver measurable and meaningful outcomes across the organization. Guide prioritization, lead iterative delivery, and ensure Workday enhancements align to customer value and enterprise goals. Own feature launches and platform-wide improvements for the TA function. Ensure Fidelity teams can embrace change and adopt new features effectively through well thought-out enablement plans. Requirements Proven ability to proactively identify customer challenges and opportunities for Workday enhancements. Strength in brainstorming creative solutions and sharing options for challenges surfaced by TA with a collaborative approach. Flexibility and comfort adjusting priorities quickly as business needs or platform capabilities change. Proactively manage and guide Workday backlog prioritization and help influence sprint planning with clarity. Experience driving iterative delivery rooted in feedback and customer learning. Proven track record leading and partnering on platform rollouts, enhancements, and adoption efforts. Resilience in navigating ambiguity while maintaining progress and clarity. Develop strong partnerships with internal partners such as: Technology, TA and different governance teams.
