Location: Duluth, MN or Edina, MN Contract Duration: Through November 8, 2027 Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Employment Type: Contract Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planner/Scheduler Analyst to support project planning, scheduling, and project controls activities in the energy, construction, or oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with Primavera P6 and/or relevant construction or project experience in the oil and gas industry. The Planner/Scheduler Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating detailed project schedules, monitoring project progress, performing schedule variance analysis, supporting earned value management, and identifying potential risks that could impact project timelines. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a project team and meet tight deadlines. Department: Project Controls team currently consists of 8 people: 4 Cost Controllers and 4 Schedulers, with plans to grow the team to 10. This Project Schedule will be paired closely with a Cost Controller who is also being added to the team. The Cost Controller and Scheduler will work alongside the Project Manager and key stakeholders to manage the project from a cost and schedule perspective. Supporting the recently approved $600M Valley Crossing Pipeline expansion project in Texas. Project received Board approval approximately one month ago and the team is looking to get someone onboarded ASAP before execution ramps up. Responsibilities building out integrated master scheduler, working with project stakeholder groups and building out critical path for scope of work, being able to report on the schedule, how things have slipped, recovery plans, optimization, etc. do earned value and budget resource - doing some variance analysis to support those activities Primavera P6 - candidate needs to be well verses in software and build out the master schedule some standards/guidelines they hold their vendors to based upon what they may or may not need based upon their schedule, that Enbridge then will integrate into their master schedule Experience working on linear type projects to build out the master schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr TPI Global Solutions
