A Barber is responsible for providing professional grooming services, including cutting, shaving, and styling hair for clients. Working independently within a large salon or barbershop setting, the barber manages both walk-in and appointment clients, ensuring a high standard of personal care and customer satisfaction while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities

• Cut, shave, and style hair according to client preferences
• Schedule and manage client appointments effectively
• Provide beard trimming and grooming services
• Maintain sanitation and hygiene standards in the workspace
• Deliver excellent customer service to foster client loyalty

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in barbering
• Valid state barber license
• Proficiency in hair cutting, shaving, and beard trimming
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices
• Effective time management
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail
