The Route Carrier is responsible for delivering packages across multiple states using a company truck. This role involves regular, high-level customer interaction to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. The Route Carrier manages daily delivery schedules, handles packages carefully, and maintains vehicle condition to support efficient route execution. This position focuses on day routes only, requiring experience with box truck operation.

Responsibilities

• Navigate delivery routes across multiple states using company trucks
• Schedule and organize deliveries to maximize on-time performance
• Safely handle and deliver packages to customers
• Maintain regular communication and provide support to customers
• Manage vehicle load to ensure safe transport of goods
• Inspect company truck for maintenance and safety compliance
• Maintain accurate delivery and route records

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in delivery or logistics
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license; Commercial driver’s license (CDL) if applicable
• Experience driving a box truck
• Route planning and time management skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety compliance
• Effective problem-solving skills and physical stamina
