The focus is on commission-based earnings and reliable post-sale support. Role type: 1099 independent sales (commission-only). Territory examples include Boston Metro and Connecticut. Responsibilities Generate leads and manage client relationships across the Monarch Aesthetic Services portfolio. Drive sales and build a pipeline for our aesthetic devices and consumables. Provide post-sale support to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Sales experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, or beauty. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
