INTERNAL ONLY: Prelicensed Mental Health Therapist

Youable Emotional Health has openings for a qualified mental health therapist who seeks to serve the mental health needs of the community in the Twin Cities. We work with many in the community with limited opportunities to mental health services. We are seeking candidates to serve a general population of all ages. Location: Richfield Job Overview Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the mental health services for clients Coordinate care with family system and treatment team members when necessary, and document appropriately Engage in reflective supervision to ensure quality client care and continuous improvement of clinical services and follow through with recommendations discussed in supervision Conduct Diagnostic Assessments and develop related treatment plans Provide ongoing therapy with clients Maintain ongoing and timely documentation of services Key expectations include developing effective therapeutic relationships with clients, providing individual therapy, conducting diagnostic assessments, and completing individualized treatment planning and interventions. An ideal candidate has cultural competency, will use evidence‑based practices, will be fully engaged to learn in a collaborative team environment, and will reflect the integrity of our strengths‑based perspective.
