Overnight Medical Delivery Driver Weekends only 7pm-5am

Weekend Overnight Medical Driver Knightdale NC (FT) – $16/hr Saturday 7pm-5am & Sunday 7pm-5am (Mon morning) Shift differential: Saturday & Sunday $17/hr. Job Responsibilities Most of the day spent in a company-owned vehicle, safely driving and transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail, and related materials. Operate a hand‑held scanning device to accurately track items through the transportation cycle. Strictly observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules. Present a professional image to clients and the public through appearance and interaction. Load and unload company vehicles with appropriate equipment. Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior. Conduct pre/post‑trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, neat and orderly vehicle. Route duties vary; LSRs must perform all duties across all routes assigned, with possible change of assignments from time to time. Demonstrate teamwork, cooperation and adaptability with teammates and clients. Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Must be 19 years of age with an active driver's license for 3 years. Demonstrated dependability and reliability. Familiarity with working with and adapting to technology. Ability to follow procedures closely. Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points. Pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen. Must drive a non‑commercial vehicle throughout the shift on various roads and in varying weather conditions. Excellent driving history. Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination where required by local mandate. Regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to lift items off storage racks.
