Senior Fullstack Engineer

What You'll Be Doing: -Shape the future of our product by collaborating with Product, Design, and your squad to ship impactful features and milestones. -Bring designs to life by working closely with designers to build seamless, intuitive user experiences. -Mentor and upskill other engineers, helping to build a strong, supportive team. -Define and prioritize work by scoping and estimating tasks that align with business objectives. -Write quality code with an emphasis on writing tests, ensuring maintainable and scalable solutions. -Contribute to architectural decisions around code quality, documentation, and best practices. -Own bugs and issues by troubleshooting and resolving problems in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success. -Demonstrate initiative by driving progress on your work, proactively unblocking challenges, and participating in collaborative opportunities such as hackathons, guilds, and engineering jams to explore creative solutions and contribute beyond day-to-day responsibilities. -Participate in code reviews and planning conversations to continuously improve team processes and output. What you need:-5+ yrs of experience in software engineering, with a strong understanding of both frontend and backend development. -You are a maker at heart who loves building products that solve real-world problems, while balancing short-term delivery with long-term technical goals. -You are passionate about working on products through the full life cycle, from ideation to maintenance. -Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Python and enjoy building dynamic, user-friendly applications. -You thrive in a start-up environment, where you can wear multiple hats and figure things out on the fly. -Agile ExperienceOur Tech Stack: Backend: Python, Django, Pandas Frontend: React, TypeScript Database: PostgreSQL Development: Docker, Docker Compose Production: Google App Engine (Flexible Environment)Benefits-Competitive Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000 per year + equity + up to 10% annual bonus-Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision covered at 90% for you and 50% for dependents, plus employer-paid life insurance and 401(k) contributions.-Flexible PTO: Half-day Fridays year-round, a full week for winter break, election day off!
